Brown Butter Shortbread Cookies
A simple cookie packing a lot of flavor.

Ingredients

cups
all purpose flour
1
cup
butter
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
1/4
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until becomes slightly golden. Chill until firm.
Now, beat the browned butter until fluffy.
Add in powdered sugar and continue to beat until well-incorporated.
Mix in flour and salt until a dough forms.
Press into a square shape and roll into a rectangle. Place on a baking sheet.
Lightly prick the dough with a fork and bake for 55 minutes.
Cut into rectangles.
