The perfect thing for a rainy day. Its delicious on any other day as well.
In a food processor or blender, combine the diced tomatoes, tomato juice, crumbled dried basil and sugar and blend until everything is mixed well and smooth.
Pour into a pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the milk and cream cheese. Stir and mix well. Bring heat up to medium and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
Top with cheddar cheese and enjoy!
