The ultimate sandwich flavor combination.
In a blender, combine the fish sauce, honey, sugar, pepper, scallions, and garlic and blend rough.
Line a baking or roasting tray with the pork slices and pour the fish sauce mixture over them. Coat the pork well. Refrigerate 2-4 hours.
Skewer the pork and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
Spread the sriracha and hoisin sauce on a sliced French baguette and place two grilled pork slices, cucumber and cilantro in the baguette. Serve and enjoy.
