Crispy and crunchy, yet 100% vegetarian!
Microwave cauliflower for 15 minutes.
Roughly mash the cauliflower. Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, parsley, flour, parmesan, and an egg and mix well.
Make a patty with your hands and coat with flour. Fry on medium high until golden brown on both sides. Serve with sour cream and chives.
