When store-bought chips just won't cut it, bake your own to create delicious nachos.
Pat dry the rinsed potatoes with a paper town and lay them out evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and salt to taste. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the cheese and chips in the middle of baking sheet, making sure there is a layer of cheese on top of every layer of chips. Bake for another 5-10 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Garnish with green onions and sour cream.
