A delicious beef pasta dinner from scratch (except for the pasta, obviously).
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the beef, mushrooms, and onion and cook for 10 minutes over medium-high heat.
Add the tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add the rotini, stir, cover and simmer for 16-18 minutes.
Top with the cheddar cheese, close and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
