In a food processor, combine the prawns, garlic, red chilli, lemon grass, ginger, spring onions, coriander, lime zest and juice, egg, breadcrumbs, and salt. Process until it becomes pasty.
Shape the paste into palm-sized patties.
Coat patties with flour.
Pre-heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook patties until golden brown on both sides.
