Ingredients

cup
plain or flavored Greek yogurt
choose low-fat or full-fat as preferred
1
–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
optional for sweetness
1/2

fresh fruits
like berries, diced mangoes, or bananas
1/4
cup
granola or crushed nuts
for crunch
Silicone molds or a lined baking tray
Instructions
Prepare the Base:
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup for added sweetness. Mix well.
Assemble the Layers:
If using silicone molds, spoon a small amount of yogurt mixture into each mold.
Add a layer of fresh fruit or granola on top for texture and flavor.
Repeat with another layer of yogurt until the molds are filled.
Freeze:
Place the molds or tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours or until the bites are completely frozen.
Serve:
Pop the bites out of the molds and enjoy them immediately. Store any extras in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
