Frozen Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or flavored Greek yogurt choose low-fat or full-fat as preferred
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional for sweetness
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruits like berries, diced mangoes, or bananas
  • 1/4 cup granola or crushed nuts for crunch
  • Silicone molds or a lined baking tray

Instructions

Prepare the Base:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup for added sweetness. Mix well.

Assemble the Layers:

  1. If using silicone molds, spoon a small amount of yogurt mixture into each mold.
  2. Add a layer of fresh fruit or granola on top for texture and flavor.
  3. Repeat with another layer of yogurt until the molds are filled.

Freeze:

  1. Place the molds or tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours or until the bites are completely frozen.

Serve:

  1. Pop the bites out of the molds and enjoy them immediately. Store any extras in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
