Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and cook briefly. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, tomato paste, and water. Mix well and cook for another 5–7 minutes until the beef is flavorful and slightly thickened.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a baking tray.

Spoon the cooked beef evenly over the chips. Sprinkle cheese generously on top, followed by jalapeños, tomatoes, and olives.

Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 10–12 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle green onions on top. Add sour cream, guacamole, or salsa as desired. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
