While the steaks are cooking, place the prepared lobster tails on the grill or under the broiler. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Once the steaks and lobster tails are cooked, remove them from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.

Sprinkle chopped parsley over the steaks and lobster tails.

Serve the surf n' turf hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the lobster and steak.
