That’s a Whole Lotta Peanut Butter!

No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie

A delicious peanut butter dessert, no baking required.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 2 9 inch prepared graham cracker crusts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together, then mix in the peanut butter and milk. Beat all that stuff until it's a single smooth mixture, then fold in the whipped topping.

  2. Spoon the mix into two 9 inch graham cracker pie shells, put covers over them, and leave them in the freezer for at least two hours or until firm.
