Just because it's colder now doesn't mean we can't enjoy frozen desserts!
- 4 mangos peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Puree the prepped mango in a food processor. Pour the other ingredients into the processor and continue to puree until it's a single, smooth mix.
Place the mix in an ice cream maker and make sure it freezes thoroughly. Boom, done.
