Chili Oil

A deliciously smoky and spicy addition to any of your meals.

  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup raw peanuts
  • dried chiles 2 oz.
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 4 garlic cloves


  1. Cut the chiles into small pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, combine oil, garlic, sesame seeds, peanuts, and sunflower seeds. Turn on medium high heat and cook for 5-6 minutes or until bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Then stir in the chiles and let cool completely.
  4. Pour into a food processor and pulse until finely ground up.
  5. Stir in salt. Serve alongside anything for a kick you'll love.
