Super delicious, super healthy avocado fries.
- 1 avocado peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn cayenne pepper
Prepare the breading station and combine the bread crumbs, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Coat the sliced avocados with the flour, dredge in the whisked eggs, and finally coat in the bread crumbs.
Place the breaded avocados on a baking sheet, spray with cooking oil, pepper to taste and bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve with salsa, ranch, or chipotle mayo.
