  • 300 grams shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 half cup cornflour
  • 1 half teaspoon salt
  • 1 half teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

For the sauce

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry using a paper towel.
  2. Toss the shrimp with cornflour, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the shrimp in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  5. Remove the shrimp and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, and ketchup until smooth.
  7. Add the fried shrimp to the sauce and toss gently until coated.
