Crisp, Classic, and Made the Right Way

A dry martini is one of those drinks that feels timeless for a reason. It is crisp, smooth, and focused on a few well chosen ingredients. Making one at home is less about complexity and more about paying attention to small details. With the right balance and a cold glass, it comes together quickly and feels effortlessly refined.

Dry Martini

Ingredients

  • 60 ml gin
  • 10 ml dry vermouth
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon twist or green olive for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice, then pour in the gin and dry vermouth.
  3. Stir gently for about 20 to 30 seconds until the drink is well chilled.
  4. Discard the ice from the martini glass and strain the drink into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist or a green olive before serving.
