Maple-Cardamom Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 skin-on salmon fillet 1 1/2-pound
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Dill sprigs

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Whisk olive oil, maple syrup, and cardamom together in a small bowl.

Now, brush the mixture on both sides of the salmon. Place this fish skin sides down and marinate for 30 minutes.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the fish is tender and fully cooked through.
