Baked Lemon Herb Salmon with Roasted Veggies
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 1 half teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the roasted vegetables
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 half teaspoon salt
- 1 half teaspoon black pepper
