Baked Scallops au Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tspn salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tspn lemon juice
- black pepper pinch
- 7-8 large scallops
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the panko, garlic, salt, butter, lemon juice and black pepper and mix well.

Layer the scallops on the bottom of an au Gratin baking dish and top with the bread crumb mix.

Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
