Beer Steamed Clams

Ingredients
- 1 bottle pale beer
- 2 lbs clams scrubbed and washed
- 1 lemon cut into wedges

Pour beer into a heavy-bottomed pot and bring to a simmer. Add clams, cover, and steam for 6-8 minutes.

Throw away any unopened clams.

Remove and garnish with lemon wedges.
