Teriyaki Salmon
With a homemade sauce to die for.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless salmon fillets, 6 oz. skin-on
- ½ cup sake
- ¼ cup mirin sweet Japanese rice wine
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Kosher salt
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Whisk sake, mirin, and soy sauce together in a bowl.

Season the salmon with salt. Place the fish skin side down in the pan and sear for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from pan.

Pour teriyaki into the pan and cook for 4 minutes or until reduced.

Add salmon back to the pan and let infuse for a few minutes, spooning the sauce over.
