Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 to matillo diced
- salt to taste
- 1 jalapeno pepper minced
Instructions

Combine the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, tomatillo, and salt to taste in a mid-sized mixing bowl and mix well.

Add about 1/2 of the jalapeno and give it a taste. If it's already spicy enough, skip the rest of this step. If you need some more heat, add the other half of the jalapeno.

Put a cover over the bowl, and let it chill in the fridge until you want to use it.
