

Instant Pot Beef Gyros
With the power of an Instant Pot, you can get crazy tender beef for gyros!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried oregano leaves
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs beef chuck sliced into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 onion sliced thin
- Pita bread
- lettuce
- Sliced tomatoes
- Tzatziki sauce
Instructions

Add everything but the beef to the pot and stir around to combine.

Add the beef to the pot and stir it around to coat it with the broth. Secure the Instant Pot lid, and make sure the vent is sealed.

Set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook for 20 minutes and let it do its thing.

When time is up, leave the valve sealed for 10 minutes to vent naturally, then open the valve to quick-release the remaining pressure. Wear hand protection, 'cause a lot of steam is gonna come out of there!

Serve the beef on a pita topped with lettuce, tomato and tzatziki sauce
