Sweet, creamy, and super jiggly!
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12 fluid ounce can evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Turn the oven up to 350 F.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the sugar until it's completely liquefied and gold-colored. While it's still hot, pour that syrup into a 9 inch round glass baking dish. Make sure to turn the dish around a little so the sides and bottom get an even coat.
In a big bowl, beat the eggs, followed by the condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla until it's all smooth. Pour the egg mix into the prepped baking dish and cover it with aluminum foil.
Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, then let it cool off completely.
Invert the dish onto a serving plate and serve.
