Last Minute Chicken
When life drops too much on you, try this quick and tasty chicken.
- 2 tspn garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tspn onion powder
- 2 tspn paprika
- 2 tspn dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tspn black pepper
- 1 tspn kosher salt
- 3 lbs boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
Combine the garlic and onion powders, paprika, oregano, pepper and salt in a bowl.
rub the mixed spices on the chicken, making sure to turn and coat well and not missing any spots.
Preheat your oven to broil.
Relocate the oven racks so it is about 6 inches under the heat. Place the chicken on a baking tray and broil for 6 minutes. Turn the chicken over, and then broil for another 5 to 6 minutes. Remove when fully cooked.
Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with cilantro.
