Pineapple Coconut Champagne
An easy champagne cocktail to ring in the new year.

Ingredients
- sugar syrup 1:1 water and sugar
- coconut shavings
- 40 ml coconut juice
- 40 ml pineapple juice
- champagne
Instructions

Dip rim of martini or cocktail glass in sugar syrup. Then the shredded coconut. Let dry.

Pour in the coconut juice, then the pineapple juice.

Top off with champagne.
