Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions

Turn the oven up to 350 F.

Mix all three ingredients in a bowl. Scoop out some blobs with a teaspoon and drop them on a cookie sheet.

Let 'em bake for 8 minutes, then let the cookies cool.
Recipe Notes
These cookies a pretty doughy (ironically), so you might want to have a glass of milk handy.
