Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 6-8 lemons
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust according to your taste
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish

Add the sliced strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. You can strain the strawberry puree to remove any seeds or pulp if you prefer a smoother texture. Set aside.

Combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar in a pitcher. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved. Adjust the amount of sugar according to your preference for sweetness.

Add the strawberry puree to the pitcher and mix well with the lemon juice and sugar mixture.

Pour in the cold water and stir until all the ingredients are well combined.

Taste the strawberry lemonade and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice, if desired.
