
Chocolate Cookie Crust Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 oz whipped cream
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and the butter and mix well until the cookie crumbs are able to be shaped like dough. Use to layer the bottom and sides of a pie pan for the pie crust.

Bake the chocolate cookie pie crust for 5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine the cream cheese, peanut butter, whipped cream, and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix well until creamy. Pour into the cookie pie crust and spread evenly. Freeze for 1 hour.
