Roasted Red Potatoes

Simple, yet delicious roasted baby red potatoes with herbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 lb baby red potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 12 cloves large garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 2 tspn kosher salt
  • 3/4 tspn ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°.

  2. Toss the baby potatoes in a large bowl with oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet in an even layer.

  3. Roast potatoes until crisp and golden brown on bottom.
