Roasted Red Potatoes
Simple, yet delicious roasted baby red potatoes with herbs.
- 4 lb baby red potatoes halved
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 12 cloves large garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
- 2 tspn kosher salt
- 3/4 tspn ground black pepper
Preheat your oven to 450°.
Toss the baby potatoes in a large bowl with oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet in an even layer.
Roast potatoes until crisp and golden brown on bottom.
