Ingredients
- 2 cans Pink Gin and Tonic
- lemon rind twists for garnish
Instructions

Empty the two cans of Pink Gin and Tonic into a shallow tray and freeze for six hours.

Using two forks, break up the frozen drink into smaller chunks and place them in a blender.

Pulsate the blender until the frozen drink becomes a slushy consistency and pour into two glasses.

Garnish with the lemon rind twists.
