BBQ Chicken Corn Dogs
Use your favorite BBQ sauce to create BBQ chicken stuffed corn dogs.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tspn baking powder
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1/4 tspn pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
Instructions

Combine the chicken and BBQ sauce in a bowl and shape them into hot dog sized bars onto a cookie or baking sheet. Stick a thick wooden skewer or popsicle stick through the center and freeze.

In a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well then add the egg and milk and whisk until it becomes a thick batter.

Pour the batter into a tall glass to make it easier to dip the frozen BBQ chicken skewers to coat completely.

Deep fry the batter-coated chicken skewers over medium-high heat or 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.
