Flourless Chocolate Cake
Can you believe there are only 3 ingredients?
Ingredients
- semi-sweet chocolate chips 16 oz.
- 8 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- salt
Instructions
- 
										Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 
										Beat the eggs until pale yellow and super fluffy.
- 
										Melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth.
- 
										Fold 1/3 of the egg mixture into the chocolate until well-incorporated.
- 
										Now, gently fold the chocolate fully into the fluffy eggs.
- 
										Pour into a greased and parchment-lined cake pan.
- 
										Wrap in foil then place in a baking dish with 1 inch of water.
- 
										Bake for 30-40 minutes.
-
