Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate stout beer
  • 1 scoop coffee ice cream
  • 1 pinch unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the chocolate stout into a pint glass and top it with the coffee ice cream scoop. Sprinkle with a light dusting of cocoa powder.

  2. Stick a straw in the float and serve with a spoon.
