Broccoli 'n' Cheese
Perfect for picky eaters!
- 1 10 ounce package frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Boil 1 inch of water in a steamer, then place the broccoli in and put the cover on. Let it cook until it's tender, yet firm, about 2 to 6 minutes. Drain the water and transfer the broccoli to a microwave-safe casserole dish.
Pour the melted butter over broccoli (feel free to adjust to taste) and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over the broccoli and microwave on high, for 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted.
