
Cranberry and Orange Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tspn extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tspn fresh ginger grated
- 1/2 tspn red pepper flakes
- 2 tspn kosher salt
- 1 tspn black pepper
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Mix together cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, olive oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of pepper in a medium bowl.

Season both sides of pork chops with remaining salt and pepper.

Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops until golden brown on both sides. Sear fat side of pork chops until lightly browned.

Turn off heat and arrange the pork chops into the skillet. Spoon cranberry mixture over chops in an even layer.

Transfer pan to oven and bake for 5–7 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Transfer pork chops to plates and garnish with parsley.
