  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tomato peeled, seeded and diced


  1. Cook the bacon in a deep skillet over medium high heat until evenly browned. Let the strips drain on paper towels.

  2. Combine the mayo and sour cream in a medium bowl, then crumble the bacon in there. Mix in tomatoes right before you want to use it.
