Serve on lettuce leaves to complete the flavor.
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tomato peeled, seeded and diced
Cook the bacon in a deep skillet over medium high heat until evenly browned. Let the strips drain on paper towels.
Combine the mayo and sour cream in a medium bowl, then crumble the bacon in there. Mix in tomatoes right before you want to use it.
