Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Salt & Vinegar potato chips crushed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- salt
- 1 cup beer
- 1 lb cod fillets
- Salt & Vinegar potato chips for coating crushed
- frying oil
Instructions

Combine 1/4 cup potato chips, flour, baking soda, beer, and salt to taste to create a batter.

Coat a cod fillet in the batter and then coat with more crushed potato chips.

Deep fry the fillets at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve with tartar sauce.
