Frozen Smoothie Pops
Homemade ice pops made with fresh fruits and yogurt.

Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 6 popsickle sticks
Instructions

Using a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, yogurt, and milk until smooth. Pour into 6 small paper cups and freeze for 15 minutes.

Stick a popsickle stick into the middle of each smoothie cup and freeze for at least one hour.
