Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 popsickle sticks

Instructions

  1. Using a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, yogurt, and milk until smooth. Pour into 6 small paper cups and freeze for 15 minutes.

  2. Stick a popsickle stick into the middle of each smoothie cup and freeze for at least one hour.
