Tea with Ginger-Citrus Ice Cubes

These detoxifying and immune-boosting ice cubes will turn your tea into a chill-fighting secret weapon!

  • 3 tbsp grated ginger
  • 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 4 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 6 cups boiling water


  1. In a small mixing bowl whisk ginger, lemon, honey, and water until combined.

  2. Pour mixture into 4 ice cube mold. Freeze for 2-3 hours or overnight.

  3. In 4 teacups add 1 tea bag and 1.5 cups hot water to each. Steep to desired strength. Add an ice cube to each and stir until melted. Cover with a saucer and steep for 10 minutes, or until fragrant.
