Tea with Ginger-Citrus Ice Cubes
These detoxifying and immune-boosting ice cubes will turn your tea into a chill-fighting secret weapon!
- 3 tbsp grated ginger
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp water
- 4 Earl Grey tea bags
- 6 cups boiling water
In a small mixing bowl whisk ginger, lemon, honey, and water until combined.
Pour mixture into 4 ice cube mold. Freeze for 2-3 hours or overnight.
In 4 teacups add 1 tea bag and 1.5 cups hot water to each. Steep to desired strength. Add an ice cube to each and stir until melted. Cover with a saucer and steep for 10 minutes, or until fragrant.
