Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups skim or low-fat milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded medium or sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can evaporated skim milk
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni about 2 cups
- 1 large egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Large pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Spray the slow cooker base with oil.

Wish eggs, milks, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add cheese and pasta, stirring to coat.

Spread evenly in the slowcooker and top with Parmesan cheese.

Cover and cook on high for 3-3 1/2 hours.
