Morning Matcha Smoothie
Bringing high energy to the morning routine without the tell-tale coffee crash.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 handful washed trimmed kale
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 2 servings matcha green tea powder
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend for 3-4 minute or until smooth.
