No-Bake Breakfast Bars

You can take them with you to class, the office, or on the trail. These breakfast bars are easy and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oatmeal Oats
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Soft Dates
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until it becomes malleable like dough.

  2. Cover the bottom and sides of a baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the ingredients into the pan and spread evenly across the parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour and cut into bars.
