Cranberry Jelly Turkey Meatballs
Give a little extra this Thanksgiving dinner or for any time of the year. These lightened-up mini meatballs are a savory dish with a light tang of cranberry sweetness.

Ingredients
- 2 pound 85% lean ground turkey
- 2 cups packaged stuffing mix (such as Pepperidge Farm)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper divided
- 2 can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Combine turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, and a teaspoon of the pepper in a big bowl, and mix it all together with your hands. Form the mixture into 36 (3/4-ounce) meatballs. Place 'em in a 6-quart Instant Pot.

Stir cranberry sauce, chili sauce, maple syrup, and remaining 1 teaspoon pepper together and pour it all over the meatballs. Place the lid on the Instant Pot. Close it and turn to high pressure for 15 minutes.

Release the pressure from the Pot and carefully open the lid. Serve hot.
