Pizza Crisps
Pizza is a universal constant. It takes on many forms, and all of them are pretty great. Here's one form you may have overlooked: deliciously snackable Pizza Crisps!
Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded Parmesan
- 3/4 c. shredded low-moisture mozzarella
- 1/2 c. mini pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- marinara sauce for dipping

Preheat oven to 375º. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Spoon about a tablespoon of the shredded Parmesan into a small mound on one baking sheet. Top the mound with about half a tablespoon of mozzarella. Carefully pat down on the cheese to flatten it into a little disc shape, then place a few pepperoni slices on top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. You can make up to 20 cheese discs for one batch.

Bake both sheets in the oven until the cheese becomes crispy and golden, about 12 minutes. Let 'em cool off slightly before transferring to a serving dish.

Microwave the marinara sauce for a few seconds so it's nice and warm. Serve the crisps at room temperature, along with the sauce for dipping.
