Roasted Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
Savory and delicious, great for a side or a meal in itself.
- 1 lb brussel sprouts halved
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1 tspn pepper
- 1 tspn garlic powder
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan
Pour the olive oil over the brussel sprouts and mix well.
Combine the brussel sprouts with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, bread crumbs, and parmesan.
Spread out evenly over baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
