- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 ½ fluid ounces bourbon
- ½ cup hard apple cider
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Drop the vanilla ice cream into a champagne flute. Pour in the bourbon, then slowly add the cider over it. Garnish with a little sprinkle of cinnamon.
