Air Fried Chicken Poppers
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast cut into small bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.

Coat each piece in breadcrumbs or panko, pressing lightly so the crumbs stick.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
