Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mango chunks fresh or frozen
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 –2 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 3 –4 ice cubes
- Pinch of cardamom powder optional

Add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
