Crunchy Cabbage Chips
Choose these chips instead of kale next time
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions

Take apart head of cabbage and rip the leaves into bite sized pieces.

Place the leaves in a bowl.

Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan over the leaves and mix them up.

Place the leaves on a wire rack and bake them for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Let cool, serve and enjoy!
